Srushti deshmukh who is in her third engineering year she has begun to study for UPSC. She questioned whether engineering was an appropriate career path for her. After realizing her dream that she had, she set out to work on civil services. Her parents advised her to study for civil services and pursue it a profession serving the public. Her motivation was never lost and she focused on becoming an IAS Officer. The work required to become an IAS officer is greater. She would study the engineering subjects and then prepare for UPSC as well as other topics. Each day she allocated time for exam preparation. In only one and a half months she studied for engineering tests, but stayed clear of any social interaction. It is important to focus in order to succeed on this test. She is hoping to join an official in the civil service. She wanted to pass through the test in one go, and she did a lot of work. Her habit was to go through newspapers to keep up-to-date on daily news. Additionally, she got lots of support online by collecting various study materials and taking in Rajya Sabha TV.
